INT DAO is a trading name, not a separate company. Agreements, payments and obligations are those of International Digital Dollar LLC. There is no other entity involved, no holding company, and no offshore structure.

What the company does

It operates a closed-loop participation platform. Members contribute US dollars and receive internal records called INT Units, credited at one Unit per dollar and backed one-for-one by funds held in the company’s treasury. Those Units can be spent with participating businesses inside the network. The participating business keeps the full amount; the platform takes no share of any sale.

What the company does not do

It is not a bank and does not take deposits.
It is not a money transmitter and operates no cash-out. There is no withdrawal, redemption, or conversion of any internal balance back into dollars — for members, for businesses, or for the company itself.
It is not a securities issuer. INT Units are participation records. They are not shares, tokens, or investments; they carry no profit expectation, no market, and no price.
It is not an insurer, lender, pharmacy, or healthcare provider.
It does not pay commissions to anyone for introducing a member or a business.

Where it stands on regulation

The company commissioned and paid for an independent pre-launch compliance review from outside counsel before accepting any member funds. That review covered securities analysis, federal money-services-business posture, and fifty-state money transmission.

It was private advice given to the company, and its conclusion was conditional. It is not an opinion that any third party may rely on, the engagement that produced it has ended, and one of its conditions remains open. A published legal opinion suitable for public citation does not yet exist, and the company says so plainly rather than implying a clearance it does not have.

The reasoning the platform relies on, the regulation it cites, and the parts the company may be wrong about are all published in full on the platform itself.

Scale, stated plainly

The platform is small and new. Current membership, funds contributed, participating businesses and completed orders are published live and update themselves — including where those figures are zero. Anyone assessing the company is encouraged to read those numbers before anything written here or elsewhere.
